Red Cross Learning Center, navigate to the Resources tab, click on  How-to Information & Videos, and view the document How to Register as a Learn-to-Swim Facility. To simplify the process, you can register and pay for multiple facilities in one transaction. To enroll in the Learn-to-Swim program, you must have partner portal access to the Red Cross Learning Center.
